Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to get your camping gear to you:

Standard Shipping – $12.95

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Includes tracking and insurance

Free Shipping on Orders Over $50

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Includes basic tracking

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to certain Asian regions and remote areas.

International Shipping

For international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees
  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate
  • Some product restrictions may apply based on destination country regulations

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your camping gear as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward returns process for most items within 15 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be unused and in its original packaging with all accessories
  • Return request must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • Original proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Barbecues and Cadac accessories (hygiene reasons)
  • Camping tableware that has been unpackaged
  • Personalized or custom-ordered camping equipment
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

How to Return an Item

Step 1: Contact Our Customer Service

Email us at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number
  • Product name and reason for return
  • Whether you prefer a refund or exchange

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with:

  • Return authorization number
  • Shipping instructions
  • Our warehouse address: 1663 Heron Way, Portland, US 97219

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Securely package the item in its original packaging with all accessories. Ship via your preferred carrier to our Portland warehouse.

Step 4: Processing Your Return

We inspect returns within 3-5 business days of receipt and notify you about your refund or exchange status.

Refund Information

Approved refunds will be processed:

  • Within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return
  • To your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Process

For exchanges of camping tents, awnings, or other equipment:

  • Follow the standard return process
  • Specify your preferred replacement item in your email
  • We’ll ship the new item once we receive and approve your return
  • Any price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly

Expedited Exchanges

For urgent needs like replacement awning accessories before a trip, contact us immediately after shipping your return. We may arrange advance shipment with pre-authorization on your payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your camping equipment arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery
  • Include photos of the damage/defect
  • We’ll arrange a free return label and expedited replacement

International Returns

For customers outside the US:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
  • Customs forms must be marked as “Returned Goods” to avoid duties
  • Refunds will be issued in USD
