Ordering & Account Questions

How do I create an account?
You can create an account during checkout by selecting “Create an Account” after entering your email address. Having an account lets you track orders, save your shipping information, and view order history.
I forgot my password. How can I reset it?
Click “Forgot Password” on the login page and enter your email address. We’ll send you a link to create a new password. If you don’t receive the email within 15 minutes, check your spam folder or contact us at [email protected].

Shipping & Delivery

What are my shipping options?
We offer two shipping methods:
  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): 10-15 business days via DHL/FedEx
  • Free Shipping: 15-25 business days via EMS for orders over $50
Note that some large items like awnings may require additional transit time.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide except to some remote areas in Asia and certain other locations. Our system will automatically check if we can deliver to your address during checkout.
How long does order processing take?
We process orders within 1-2 business days before shipping. During peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer. We recommend ordering at least 3 weeks before you need your gear, especially if choosing free shipping.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Use this number on the carrier’s website (DHL, FedEx, or EMS) to follow your package’s journey.

How do I return an item?
Follow these steps:
  1. Contact us within 15 days of delivery to request a return authorization
  2. We’ll provide return instructions and an address
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  4. Ship the item back to us (return shipping is at customer’s expense)
  5. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund
How long do refunds take?
After we receive your return, please allow:
  • 3-5 business days for processing
  • Additional time for the refund to appear in your account (depends on your bank/payment method)
